Introduction

The community of the Leonidas rubio Villegas educational institution based on theprovisions of the political Constitution of Colombia and in articles 73 and 87 of the law 115 and in the article 17 of Decree 1860 has approved its manual of coexistence,taking into account the peculiarities and characteristics of its population.

This manual establishes clear rules of human behavior to create a democratic and respetoso of the rights and duties of the educational community. It will help to fully educate learners to each commit to their own realization wing culture, to scientific and technical  knowledge guiding them to ethical, aesthetic values and morales, citizens and religious; which must result from the integration between the family and the educational community.
